IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN NURUL HUDA PRINGSEWU
Abstract
Pesantren is a non-formal that aims to educate and train students to have religious beliefs taught by kiai through learning the yellow book and activities that support the needs of students. Pesantren is one of the non-formal in Indonesia that always contributes in educating and building the nation's character. Pesantren education combines learning from various aspects, be it cognitive, affective or psychomotor aspects. Pesantren education aims to improve the character of students, the learning carried out by Islamic boarding schools refers to the Qur'an and Al-hadith which are then used as the basis for making a flexible pesantren curriculum. To realize this goal, pesantren in carrying out their education, use teaching methods, example, habituation, motivation, rewards and punishments carried out by pesantren. The management carried out by the Islamic boarding school based on the results of the study is still mono, where all activities carried out by the Islamic boarding school are sourced from the caregivers of the pesantren. Therefore, pesantren often experience errors in carrying out their duties, such as in terms of communication and decision-making processes. Nevertheless, the pesantren caregivers in carrying out their education continue to make every effort to improve their pesantren towards a better direction, this can be seen from the policies made by pesantren caregivers in terms of educating, guiding and fostering teachers, providing facilities and infrastructure, making programs -programs, arrange activity agendas and provide budgets that are tailored to the needs of Islamic boarding school students.
