IMPLEMENTASI PERENCANAAN STRATEGI KINERJA GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of educators. To answer the research problem, this type of field research is used. Data collection techniques in this study include: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. Then tested the validity of the data with the source triangulation technique and research techniques. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the implementation of strategic planning at MTs Al-Hidayah Sungai Badak, Mesuji District is already good covering the Implementation of Strategic Planning at MTs Al-Hidayah Sungai Badak, Mesuji District. strategic plan, and strategic plan evaluation. The head of the madrasa takes several planning steps, namely forming a special team as the initiator of making a strategic plan from various qualified resources, dividing groups with their respective tasks; identify and review various laws and regulations and madrasah policies regarding improving the quality of educators; creating the madrasah vision, mission, and values; analyze SWOT by identifying the strengths, weaknesses, strengths, and threats that exist in MTs Al-Hidayah Sungai Badak, Mesuji District in accordance with the actual conditions that exist in the madrasa. This activity is assisted by the team formed; identify the strategic issues at hand. In this step, strategic issues have not been analyzed according to the urgency level; formulate strategies to manage issues by formulating planned programs and activities to address strategic issues; as well as reviewing and adopting the strategies set out in the strategic plan. The implementation of the strategic plan at MTs Al-Hidayah Sungai Badak, Mesuji District includes several actions such as preparing for the implementation of activities by holding meetings to determine the activities to be carried out and the main objectives of the activities as well as the person in charge of the activities and their members. In selecting targets such as training, madrasa principals do it randomly.
