IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS MADRASAH DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN MUTU PEMBELAJARAN AQIDAH AHLAK DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out why the implementation of active learning strategies has not been able to improve the learning achievement of students at MTs Pemnu Talang Padang. Madrasah as a small society (mini society) which is a vehicle for the development of students, is required to create a democratic learning climate (democratic instruction), so that there is a pleasant learning process. Madrasah development plans generally include the formulation of the vision, mission, objectives of the madrasa and its implementation strategy. Padang. The results of this study indicate that student learning achievement has not increased in a better direction due to the following factors: (1) The teacher's attention to students who are not active is still lacking, (2) The teacher does not understand the true potential of students, often measuring students' abilities using standards beyond reality, so that it seems that students must be able to, (3) Not optimal in utilizing media that supports learning activities, (4) Teachers still dominate teaching and learning activities, (5) The language used by teachers is less communicative, (6) Explanations regarding evaluation guidelines, especially activities that students must do is lacking. Active learning strategies if implemented optimally and will get a good response from students. It is shown by increasing the response of students in each meeting.
