Time management is one of the important competencies that teachers must possess in carrying out classroom learning activities. Good time management enables teachers to plan, implement, and evaluate learning activities optimally so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers as research respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques to determine the relationship and influence between teachers' time management and the effectiveness of the learning process. The results of the study indicate that teachers' time management has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the learning process. Teachers who are able to manage time well tend to organize structured lesson planning, utilize learning time efficiently, and provide sufficient opportunities for students to understand the learning material. Therefore, effective time management can improve the quality of teaching and learning interactions and support the achievement of educational goals optimally. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that principals with strong managerial skills can drive educational quality improvement through careful planning, effective organization, appropriate guidance, and consistent supervision. Furthermore, the involvement of all stakeholders, including teachers, staff, and the school committee, significantly contributes to achieving educational goals. The advancement of information and communication technology provides opportunities for implementing digital-based educational management as a solution to simplify, accelerate, and enhance the accuracy of school administrative activities. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of digital-based educational management can improve administrative effectiveness in schools and identify the challenges and strategies needed to optimize digital transformation. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies in several schools that have adopted digital systems. The findings indicate that using digital platforms in managing student data, attendance, finances, and academic reports significantly increases administrative efficiency, minimizes manual errors, and speeds up decision-making processes. However, this study also identifies several obstacles, including resistance to change, limited digital competence among educators, and technological infrastructure constraints in some schools. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools provide intensive training for administrative staff and teachers, enhance technological facilities, and design a digital implementation strategy aligned with school needs. Teacher professionalism is a key factor in determining the quality of learning; therefore, effective leadership that focuses on human resource development is essential. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the principal’s leadership strategies are implemented through several efforts, including providing motivation and role modeling, conducting regular academic supervision, developing teacher competencies through training and workshops, and fostering discipline and work ethic. In addition, the principal also creates a conducive and collaborative school culture. Supporting factors include teacher commitment and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors consist of limited time and low participation from some teachers. Teachers’ work discipline is one of the crucial factors that determine the success of the educational process, as teachers play a strategic role in implementing learning activities and shaping students’ character. However, in practice, various problems related to teacher discipline are still frequently found, such as lateness in attending school, lack of optimal implementation of learning administrative tasks, and low consistency in carrying out professional responsibilities. Therefore, effective educational management is needed to improve teachers’ work discipline through systematic planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to describe in depth how educational management plays a role in improving teachers’ work discipline in schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving school principals, teachers, and educational staff who are directly involved in school management processes. The collected data were then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of educational management in building a culture of teacher discipline. The results of the study indicate that educational management has a significant role in improving teachers’ work discipline. This can be seen from several aspects, including the planning of teacher discipline programs, clear distribution of duties and responsibilities, exemplary leadership from the school principal, as well as the implementation of regular supervision and evaluation. In addition, providing motivation, rewards, and proportional sanctions also plays an important role in building teachers’ awareness to carry out their duties professionally and with discipline. Effective implementation of educational management can create a conducive working environment, increase teachers’ responsibility toward their duties, and encourage the development of a discipline-oriented culture within the school environment. In conclusion, educational management plays a very important role in improving teachers’ work discipline in schools. The implementation of effective and sustainable management practices can not only improve teachers’ performance but also contribute to the enhancement of the learning process and the overall quality of education. The principal has a strategic role in managing educational institutions through management functions including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and educational staff. The results of the study indicate that the principal’s management role in improving educational quality is carried out through several strategies, namely developing quality improvement programs, fostering and developing teachers’ competencies, managing educational facilities and infrastructure, and strengthening a culture of discipline and collaboration within the madrasah environment. In addition, the principal conducts periodic evaluations of the learning process and the performance of educators. The effective implementation of management has a positive impact on improving the quality of the learning process, student discipline, and both academic and non-academic achievements of students. The existence of a school committee does not only function as an advisory body but also acts as a mediator between schools, parents, and the community in efforts to improve the quality of educational implementation. This study aims to analyze the role of the school committee in improving the quality of education and to identify the forms of contributions provided in supporting educational activities in schools. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving school principals, committee members, and other related parties. The results of the study indicate that the school committee plays an important role in improving the quality of education through several main functions, namely as an advisory body in school policy making, as a supporter in providing educational facilities and infrastructure, as a controller in monitoring the implementation of school programs, and as a mediator between schools and the community. The school committee also contributes to supporting learning activities, developing school programs, and strengthening community participation in education. However, several obstacles are still found, such as the limited understanding of committee members regarding their duties and functions, as well as the lack of optimal coordination between the school and the committee. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this research consisted of the principal, teachers, and educational staff at MAN 1 Krui. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the principal’s strategies in developing organizational culture are implemented through several steps, including instilling the values of discipline and responsibility, building effective communication among school members, providing exemplary leadership, and strengthening cooperation and togetherness within the school environment. In addition, the principal encourages the participation of teachers and educational staff in various school activities to strengthen their sense of belonging to the organization. Educational management plays an important role in managing human resources within educational institutions to ensure that they perform optimally and professionally. Work motivation among educators is one of the key factors determining the success of the educational process, as highly motivated educators tend to demonstrate greater discipline, responsibility, and commitment in carrying out their duties. This research employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation involving institutional leaders, educators, and related parties at Diniyyah Nurul Huda, West Lampung. The collected data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that educational management at Diniyyah Nurul Huda, West Lampung plays a significant role in enhancing educators’ work motivation through several strategies, including clear educational program planning, regular guidance and supervision, providing rewards and appreciation to educators, and creating a conducive and religious work environment. In addition, the communicative and participatory leadership of the institution’s leader also has a positive influence on the educators’ work enthusiasm. A well-managed school environment plays a crucial role in supporting an effective and comfortable learning process for both students and teachers. Therefore, systematic, well-planned, and organized environmental management becomes an essential factor in establishing a conducive learning atmosphere. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students as research informants. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the management of the school environment at MAN 1 Krui is carried out through several stages, namely planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, the school formulates environmental management programs covering cleanliness, beauty, safety, and comfort of the school environment. In the implementation stage, the school involves all school members in maintaining and preserving the environment through various activities such as community service programs, classroom cleanliness programs, and school garden arrangements. Meanwhile, evaluation is conducted periodically to ensure that the implemented programs run effectively. Student discipline is one of the challenges frequently faced by educational institutions in creating a conducive and orderly learning environment. The lack of students’ awareness of school rules, tardiness, violations of school regulations, and low compliance with academic responsibilities are among the common forms of disciplinary problems encountered in schools. Therefore, effective educational management strategies are required to improve student discipline through systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students as the primary sources of information. The collected data were analyzed through the processes of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the educational management strategies implemented to address student discipline problems at MAN 1 Krui include strengthening school regulations, fostering student character development, implementing educational sanctions, increasing teachers’ supervisory roles, and establishing cooperation between the school and parents. In addition, the principal applies persuasive approaches and continuous guidance to build students’ internal awareness of discipline. In conclusion, systematically implemented educational management strategies can positively influence the improvement of student discipline and contribute to the creation of an orderly, safe, and conducive learning environment. This study aims to analyze the management of teacher competency development through training and workshop programs at MAN 1 Krui. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation related to the implementation of training and workshop programs. The results indicate that the management of teacher competency development involves systematic planning, implementation of activities according to teacher needs, and continuous evaluation of outcomes. Training and workshop programs were proven to improve teachers’ pedagogical, professional, and information technology skills. Challenges such as limited budget and time were identified, but active teacher participation and support from the school principal were key supporting factors. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of student affairs management in enhancing both academic and non-academic achievements of high school students. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The sample consisted of 100 students and 10 student affairs teachers from three high schools in the study area. The results indicate that well-planned student affairs management, including activity planning, supervision, and character development, significantly influences the improvement of students’ academic and non-academic achievements. In conclusion, effective student affairs management can enhance student motivation, participation, and overall performance. The rapid development of information and communication technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era presents both challenges and opportunities for the education sector to enhance the quality of learning through the use of digital technology, innovative learning methods, and the improvement of teacher competencies. As the leader of an educational institution, the principal plays a strategic role in designing, managing, and implementing various policies and programs that support the improvement of learning quality in schools. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and educational staff at SMA 13 Bandar Lampung. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the principal’s management strategies in improving the quality of learning are carried out through several efforts, including enhancing teachers’ competencies through technology-based training and workshops, developing digital learning innovations, utilizing information technology-based learning media and platforms, strengthening academic supervision, and implementing participatory school-based management. In addition, the principal encourages the creation of a conducive learning environment that is adaptive to technological developments. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study consisted of the head of the madrasa, teaching staff, and administrative staff related to human resource management at MTs Al Falah Bengkunat. The results of the study indicate that human resource management at MTs Al Falah Bengkunat is carried out through several stages, namely teacher planning, recruitment and selection, coaching and competency development, and performance evaluation. The efforts made by the madrasa principal to improve the quality of teaching staff include training programs, subject teacher discussions, academic supervision, as well as providing motivation and rewards for teachers. Well-planned and sustainable human resource management has proven to improve professionalism, discipline, and the quality of learning carried out by educators. The findings of the study indicate that effective management of extracurricular programs begins with careful planning, which includes identifying students’ interests and talents, designing appropriate activity programs, and assigning competent supervisors. In the implementation stage, extracurricular activities are conducted regularly according to a structured schedule and encourage active participation from students. Organizational aspects involve clear coordination among school administrators, program supervisors, and students. Furthermore, program evaluation is conducted periodically to assess the effectiveness of activities and to identify challenges faced during implementation. With structured and systematic management, extracurricular programs can serve as a strategic platform for nurturing students’ talents, interests, and overall potential. In conclusion, the management of extracurricular programs plays a significant role in supporting the development of students’ talents and potentials. Effective planning, well-organized implementation, clear organizational structure, and continuous evaluation are key factors in the success of extracurricular activities. Learning evaluation is one of the important components in the educational process that functions to measure the success of the teaching and learning process and serves as a basis for decision-making in improving the quality of learning. Through proper evaluation management, schools can identify the level of students’ competency achievement and recognize various obstacles that occur in the learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, teachers, and educational staff. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the management of learning evaluation at SMAN 1 Sekincau is carried out through several stages, namely evaluation planning, implementation of evaluation, processing and analysis of evaluation results, and follow-up of the evaluation outcomes. Evaluation planning is conducted by preparing assessment instruments that are aligned with the curriculum and the competencies that students must achieve. The implementation of evaluation is conducted through various forms of assessment such as daily assessments, mid-semester assessments, final semester assessments, and assessments of attitudes and skills. The evaluation results are then analyzed to determine the level of student learning achievement and serve as a basis for improving the learning process. Follow-up actions are carried out through remedial programs, enrichment activities, and improvement of teaching strategies by teachers. The results indicate that MAN 1 Krui implements several strategies, including open communication with parents and community leaders, community involvement in school activities, and transparency in educational program implementation. These strategies have proven effective in fostering and enhancing public trust in the school.
