Abstract

The learning process so far an educator or teacher who tends to pay attention to the class as a whole, not individuals or groups, so that individual differences receive less attention. Other symptoms can be seen from educators in using strategies and learning methods that have not been maximized. Learning that does not pay attention to children's individual differences is based on the wishes of educators, it will be difficult to be able to lead students towards the achievement of learning goals. Problems found in the classroom in the learning process include learners who are slow to learn, low learning achievement, dependency, lack of response and less active, and lack of confidence. Active learning strategies after being maximally applied will get a good response from students. This was indicated by an increase in students' responses in each meeting. And the increasing number of students who get grades above the predetermined value standard.
