This study aims to analyze the leadership strategies of school principals in improving teacher professionalism. Teacher professionalism is a key factor in determining the quality of learning; therefore, effective leadership that focuses on human resource development is essential. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the principal’s leadership strategies are implemented through several efforts, including providing motivation and role modeling, conducting regular academic supervision, developing teacher competencies through training and workshops, and fostering discipline and work ethic. In addition, the principal also creates a conducive and collaborative school culture. Supporting factors include teacher commitment and adequate facilities, while inhibiting factors consist of limited time and low participation from some teachers. In conclusion, strategic and participatory school leadership plays an important role in improving teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.
