This study aims to analyze the role of curriculum management in improving student learning achievement at SMP 50 Satap OKU, South Sumatra. Curriculum management is an essential factor in effective educational implementation as it includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning processes. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the principal, teachers, and students. The results show that effective curriculum management significantly improves student learning achievement. This is reflected in systematic curriculum planning, innovative teaching implementation, and continuous evaluation processes. Furthermore, the role of the principal as an educational manager and teachers as curriculum implementers greatly influences the success of curriculum implementation. Therefore, optimizing curriculum management can serve as an effective strategy to enhance the quality of student learning outcomes.
