This study aims to analyze human resource management in improving the quality of teaching staff at MTs Al Falah Bengkunat. Human resource management is one of the important factors in improving the quality of education, particularly in enhancing the competence, professionalism, and performance of educators. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study consisted of the head of the madrasa, teaching staff, and administrative staff related to human resource management at MTs Al Falah Bengkunat. The results of the study indicate that human resource management at MTs Al Falah Bengkunat is carried out through several stages, namely teacher planning, recruitment and selection, coaching and competency development, and performance evaluation. The efforts made by the madrasa principal to improve the quality of teaching staff include training programs, subject teacher discussions, academic supervision, as well as providing motivation and rewards for teachers. Well-planned and sustainable human resource management has proven to improve professionalism, discipline, and the quality of learning carried out by educators. Therefore, effective human resource management becomes an important factor in improving the quality of education at MTs Al Falah Bengkunat.
