Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' time management on the effectiveness of the learning process. Time management is one of the important competencies that teachers must possess in carrying out classroom learning activities. Good time management enables teachers to plan, implement, and evaluate learning activities optimally so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers as research respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques to determine the relationship and influence between teachers' time management and the effectiveness of the learning process. The results of the study indicate that teachers' time management has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the learning process. Teachers who are able to manage time well tend to organize structured lesson planning, utilize learning time efficiently, and provide sufficient opportunities for students to understand the learning material. Therefore, effective time management can improve the quality of teaching and learning interactions and support the achievement of educational goals optimally. Thus, improving teachers' time management skills should become an important concern in efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the learning process in schools.
