The role of a school principal as a manager holds a strategic position in enhancing the quality of educational institutions. Principals are not only responsible for administrative management but also for human resource development, curriculum management, and fostering a conducive school culture. This study aims to analyze the role of school principals as managers in improving educational quality through effective managerial strategies. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that principals with strong managerial skills can drive educational quality improvement through careful planning, effective organization, appropriate guidance, and consistent supervision. Furthermore, the involvement of all stakeholders, including teachers, staff, and the school committee, significantly contributes to achieving educational goals. This study emphasizes that managerial leadership of school principals is a key factor in enhancing the quality of educational institutions.
