Abstract
Student affairs management is a crucial aspect of education, playing a significant role in shaping students’ character, discipline, and achievements. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of student affairs management in enhancing both academic and non-academic achievements of high school students. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The sample consisted of 100 students and 10 student affairs teachers from three high schools in the study area. The results indicate that well-planned student affairs management, including activity planning, supervision, and character development, significantly influences the improvement of students’ academic and non-academic achievements. In conclusion, effective student affairs management can enhance student motivation, participation, and overall performance. The study recommends that schools continually improve the quality of student affairs management through teacher training, program development, and regular evaluation.
