MANAJEMEN REKRUTMEN MAHASISWA BARU DI INSTITUT AGAMA ISLAM ( IAI ) AN NUR LAMPUNG TAHUN 2020/2021

An institution must make changes to become a quality, superior, and dignified institution towards a civilized Indonesia. An Nur Lampung Islamic Institute is a campus that is located in a remote area but is able to transform students into superior and outstanding human beings, and is able to attract attention from various regions and with this recruitment system it makes it easier for students from outside the region to study. and pursue goals. The purpose of this study is to describe how the new student recruitment system at IAI An Nur Lampung is. This research is a type of qualitative research based on data in the field and documents that support the data collection methods used in this study: interview methods, observation methods and documentation and triangulation methods. The results of the study can be seen that the new student admission system at the An Nur Islamic Institute (IAI) Lampung prioritizes approach or socialization and cooperation by strengthening relationships with various parties inside and outside the campus.
