STRATEGI KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH HIDAYATUL MUBTADIIN DESA SIDOHARJO KECAMATAN JATI AGUNG LAMPUNG SELATAN

The Madrasah principal as the head of the school has a vital role in the successful implementation of the teaching and learning process. ️ There needs to be a strategy from each section head to improve quality of performance in order to achieve objectives based on consideration of their ability to achieve teaching goals which are proclaimed for students both in increasing knowledge and skills teaching, providing guidance for teachers who have difficulty , increase commitment, ability, and motivation. Because by increasing the ability and work motivation of teachers, the quality of learning can increase. The results of this study found that: the results of data presentation and analysis of data regarding the strategies that were carried out by the madrasa principal to improve teacher performance could be concluded as follows: 1) Providing exemplary examples had been carried out by the madrasa principal well. 2) Placement (assignment) has also been carried out by the head of the madrasa in accordance with the qualifications of "education" and the ability of the teachers. 3) Providing motivation, Regarding "guidance and development, the strategy carried out by the head of the madrasa "is good."
