Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Fiqih di SMP Islam Smart Karakter Talang Kelapa Banyuasin

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning media on the effectiveness of Fiqh learning among students at SMP Islam Smart Karakter. The research is grounded in the growing need for the use of appropriate learning media to enhance students’ understanding of Fiqh concepts, particularly at the junior high school level where interactive learning is essential. Learning media play an important role in creating engaging learning environments, simplifying abstract concepts, and increasing students’ learning motivation and achievement. This study employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design. Data were collected through questionnaires on media usage, observations of learning activities, and documentation of student achievement scores. The findings reveal that learning media have a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of Fiqh learning, as evidenced by increased student engagement, improved conceptual understanding, and optimal achievement of learning objectives. Furthermore, technology-based and audiovisual media were found to enhance students’ focus and reduce learning fatigue more effectively compared to conventional methods. Thus, the study highlights that the use of learning media is a crucial factor that must be considered by Fiqh teachers to improve the overall quality of learning in schools.
