This study aims to develop multiple representation-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) as an effort to improve students' scientific representation skills at Al-Falah Islamic Junior High School, Sumbermulya, Pulau Panggung District, Tanggamus Regency in the 2025/2026 Academic Year. Scientific representation is an important skill in science learning because it enables students to understand concepts through various forms of representation, such as verbal, visual, mathematical, and symbolic. This study uses a research and development (R&D) method with a development model adapted from Borg & Gall, including the stages of needs analysis, product design, expert validation, revision, limited trials, and extensive trials. The developed LKPD contains activities that integrate various forms of representation to help students build a more complete understanding of concepts. The validation results from material experts and media experts indicate that the multiple representation-based LKPD is categorized as very suitable for use in learning. Limited trials and extensive trials showed a significant increase in students' scientific representation abilities after using the LKPD, as seen from the increase in scientific representation test scores and students' positive responses to the learning activities. Thus, this multiple representation-based LKPD is effectively used as supporting teaching materials to improve the quality of learning and students' scientific representation abilities at SMP Islam Al-Falah Sumbermulya.
