STRATEGI GURU DALAM PEMBENTUKAN AKHLAK SISWA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH JUNJUNGAN SAYYID HAMIM DESA TANJUNG JAYA KECAMATAN SEMENDAWAI BARAT KABUPATEN OKU TIMUR
Abstract
Abstract: This research aims to find out what teachers' strategies are in educating students' morals in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative strategy with a case study approach (case study design). Research data sources were taken through direct interviews using a set of interview protocols with fifteen informants consisting of Islamic religious education class teachers, Al-Quran teachers, and students. All data was analyzed thematically using qualitative analysis software 12. Overall the research results found five themes related to teacher strategies in educating students' morals. The five strategies are: Carrying out weekly lectures, Providing good role models in the school environment, Giving individual advice to students, Teaching moral material in class lessons, and Providing warnings or punishments for students who have bad morals. Based on the findings of this research, the five strategies used by teachers in educating students' morals can be used as a reference for other teachers in educating students' morals.
