Inclusive education is a concept that aims to provide equal educational opportunities for all students, including those with special needs, within mainstream educational settings. This study explores the implementation of inclusive approaches in teaching at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah from the perspective of teachers. Through qualitative methods including interviews and observations, the study investigates the challenges, strategies, and institutional support involved in creating inclusive learning environments. Findings indicate that while efforts have been made by teachers to implement inclusive approaches, significant challenges persist, including inadequate understanding and training among teachers, as well as resource limitations. Nevertheless, teachers have employed various inclusive teaching strategies such as differentiated instruction, collaborative learning, and providing additional support to students in need. Institutional support, particularly from school management and support staff, plays a crucial role in facilitating inclusive education by providing physical and non-physical resources, professional development for teachers, and supportive policies. Overall, this study sheds light on the complexities of implementing inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and underscores the importance of addressing challenges and enhancing support mechanisms to create truly inclusive learning environments
