This research is motivated by the author's attention to the teaching and learning process of MI students in Fiqh subjects, there are still many students who appear to lack interest in learning in participating in each learning process. The focus studied in this thesis is (1) how does the application of the demonstration method increase students' interest in learning in the jurisprudence subject Junjungan Sayyid Hamim Tanjung Jaya (2) what is the students' interest in learning in applying the demonstration method in the subject of fiqh at MI MI NW Badrussalam Sekarbea? (3) What are the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the demonstration method in fiqh subjects at Junjungan Sayyid Hamim Tanjung Jaya?
The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the demonstration method in the Junjungan Sayyid Hamim Tanjung Jaya fiqhdi subject by teachers has been implemented. The steps for implementing the demonstration method in increasing students' interest in learning in fiqh subjects at MI are as follows: (1) in applying the demonstration method, the teacher carries out several stages of implementation. First, the teacher maps the material, namely prayer material, then delivers the learning plan using The teacher prepares a lesson plan as a learning reference and then finally the teacher demonstrates an example of prayer as a learning process, namely by demonstrating or practicing prayer material.
