IMPLEMENTASI GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH DARUN NAJAH SAMBIKARTO TP 2023/2024

Abstract

The guidance process is a moral development process for students who are still searching for their identity so that they do not make mistakes in taking action by providing information services about morals which must be carried out well, correctly and on target in order to achieve the planned service. The type of research carried out is qualitative research because it is research that attempts to analyze social life by describing the social world from the perspective or interpretation of individuals (informants) in a natural setting. The approach taken is a guidance approach and a sociological approach. Based on the results of the research and theory above, the researcher can conclude that among students at MA Darun Najah Sambikarto there tends to be a lot of students who violate discipline/indiscipline, therefore the counseling guidance teacher creates a counseling guidance program that it has the field of personal social guidance, the field of study guidance, the field of career guidance.
