PENGARUH KETELADANAN GURU TERHADAP KEPRIBADIAN MUSLIM PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP NEGERI SATU ATAP 1 WAYSERDANG
Abstract
This research aims to determine empirical data related to teacher role models and Muslim students' educational personalities separately or together. The author used a correlational quantitative data survey method obtained from students at One Roof 1 Wayserdang State Middle School. The research sample was 120 respondents for the 2017-2018 academic year. Data was collected using observation, documentation and questionnaires. This type of analysis uses correlation and regression analysis, explained descriptively. The results of the research show that the significant influence between the personality of exemplary Muslim teachers and students is shown by the large correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination, meaning that every one unit increase in the teacher's exemplary score influences the increase in the Personality Score of Muslim Students. The correlation coefficient value of the two variables is 0.633 and the coefficient of determination is 40.1%, which means that an increase in one unit score from the teacher model and education in the family together increases the student's personality score.
