ANALISIS KERJASAMA (MUSYARAKAH) PRODUKSI PENGOLAHAN BATU BATA MERAH PERSPEKTIF DI DESA SUKARJA KECAMATAN GEDONG TATAAN KABUPATEN PESAWARAN

Abstract

This type of research is a field research, in which the researcher directly engages with the field. The data sources consisted of two types: primary data and secondary data, obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. After collecting the data, the next step was analyzing it using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research findings show that the cooperative management system in Sukaraja Village does not apply the musyarakah concept in accordance with Islamic principles. Oral agreements in musyarakah create misunderstandings due to the lack of clarity in the contract. In Sukaraja Village, the income distribution model allocates 10% of the revenue to the landowner, while the manager receives the remaining amount and bears all production costs. Both parties often experience estimated losses in various forms. The economic activity of red brick production can operate optimally when carried out by more than two people, yet this is not always the case among the managers. The income earned results from subtracting operational expenses, but the profit-sharing system becomes problematic when production issues arise, causing managers to struggle with covering wasted costs. Likewise, landowners feel disadvantaged when the manager exceeds the agreed-upon land usage. These issues indicate that the musyarakah system has not been properly resolved.
