Pelaksanaan supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, khususnya dalam bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana supervisi klinis dapat diterapkan di MTs Al-Ishlah Sukadamai Natar Jati Agung Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi klinis yang dilakukan secara rutin dan terstruktur dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru. Selain itu, dukungan dari kepala sekolah dan kolaborasi antar guru juga berperan penting dalam keberhasilan supervisi klinis. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di MTs Al-Ishlah.
