PERANAN PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGRIBISNIS PEDESAAN (PUAP) TERHADAP PENURUNAN KEMISKINAN PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (Studi Pada Gabungan Kelompok Tani Kecamatan Sendang Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah)

Abstract

This research is a type of field research with

quantitative descriptive method and Double Different impact test technique, sourceThe data used are primary and secondary data, as well as collection techniquesdata through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. As forDetermining the sample using Purposive Sampling technique. As for the amountThe population used in this research was 66 PUAP farmersand non PUAP. based on research results and statistical testing showsthat the PUAP program has a significant effect in adding production valuePUAP farmers. The difference in average differences in production value (2008)between PUAP and non-PUAP villages Rp. 201 kg/ha while the difference in incomeafter the PUAP program (2024) amounted to Rp. 2,253,849. However,The average real income of PUAP farmers in 2024 was IDR 700,809per month is still below the poverty standard (Rp. 750,000 per month).

So it can be concluded that the role of the PUAP program onpoverty has an insignificant positive effect. Meanwhile, PUAP's role inThe Islamic economic perspective is in accordance with Islamic principles as follow which is expressed in Yusuf Qardhawi's theory, but the role of government is necessaryimproved again in the controlling system to review again sustainability of the PUAP program that has been running in the field
