PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN GURU SKI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VII DI MTs HIDAYATUL MUBTADIIN SIDOHARJO JATI AGUNG LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022

Abstract

The learning achievement of students is very diverse, this
happens to be influenced by several factors including internal and
external factors. One of the external factors is the factor of the
teacher. This study aims to determine the influence of professional
competence and personality of teachersAkidah akhlaksecara together
on the learning achievement of students in MTs Hidayatul
Mubradiin. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach.
The study population was participants in MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin
and the research sample used a simple random sampling technique
consisting of 82 student respondents. Data collection techniques
using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique
uses multiple linear regression analysis which begins with a classical
assumption test analysis. The results of the study obtained that there
was a significant positive influence together between the professional
competence and personality of akidah akhlak teachers on the learning
achievements of students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin, this was
based on the F test with a sig value of 0.00 > 0.05 with an influence
contribution of 0.841 or 84.1%
