PENGARUH PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) TERHADAP KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI RUMAH TANGGA MISKIN PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (STUDI PADA DUSUN CISARUA DESA MUARA PUTIH KECAMATAN NATAR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN AJARAN 2022/2023)

Abstract

Every country must have its own problems,
including Indonesia. Indonesia has various problems,
including in the socio-economic field, especially the
problem of poverty. In relation to the framework of
household-based poverty reduction, the Government
launched a special program called the Family Hope
Program (PKH) which began in 2007 with the hope of
helping poor households to meet their needs. Cisarua
Hamlet, Muara Putih Village, is the hamlet that has the
highest number of KPM among other hamlets in Muara
Putih Village, Natar District This study aims to find out
and analyze how the influence of the Family Hope
Program (PKH) on the socioeconomic conditions of poor
households (RTM) and how the Islamic Economic view of
the Family Hope Program (PKH) on the socioeconomic
conditions of poor households in Cisarua Hamlet, Muara
Putih Village, Natar District, South Lampung Regency,
with PKH as variable X and socioeconomic conditions
RTM as variable Y. Methods used in this study is
descriptive quantitative. The object of this study was the
participants who received PKH assistance assistance in
Cisarua Hamlet, Muara Putih Village. The data sources
used are primary data in the form of questionnaire results,
observations and secondary data including PKH
documents and archives and Muara Putih Village archives.
Data analysis methods are validity tests, reliability tests,
and simple regression. The results showed that the Family
Hope Progrm (X) had a positive and significant effect on
the socioeconomic conditions of RTM (Y). Judging from
the Islamic Economic values, namely justice,
responsibility, and social security (takaful) in its
implementation, PKH in Cisarua Hamlet, Muara Putih
Village, has applied fairly, responsibility and PKH as a
form of social security to the community provided by the
Government so that the creation of a prosperous society
and RTM can be separated from the confines of poverty
