PERAN KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA DI MADRASAH ALIYAH HIDAYATUL MUBTADIIN SIDOHARJO JATI AGUNG LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN AJARAN 2020/2021

Abstract

Scouting is an extracurricular activity that can help children develop their talents, interests, and character. Because scouting activities include a variety of activities that can help youngsters develop character traits such as patriotism, communicative or friendly behavior, discipline, honesty, independence, responsibility, hard work, social spirit, and others. The research study's main focus At MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung, what role does the Madrasah Head play in developing Scout extracurricular activities? This type of research is classified as qualitative research with the research approach used is a phenomenological approach The data sources of this research were the Principal, Scout extracurricular coach, and the Chair of the Ambalan. Observation, interviews, and documentation were utilized to obtain data.Following that, data reduction, data display, and making conclusions are employed as data analysis approaches The data credibility test is the next method used by the author to check the authenticity of the data in this study. According to the findings of this study, the principal has performed admirably as an educator, a manager, an administrator, a supervisor, a leader, an innovator, and a motivator in order to enhance Scout extracurricular activities. Meanwhile, the school principal's position as Kamabigus must be enhanced, particularly in terms of providing help. There are two approaches for developing Scout extracurricular activities at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung: the Block Model and the Regular Model. The Block Model is required of all students, but the Regular Model is optional and depends on the interests of the students.
