Abstract

Principal supervision planning is carried out in a planned, systematic and continuous manner. At this stage the principal performs the stage of determining the name of the teacher to be observed, forming determining the time of the implementation of the observation time, compiling an observation grid and determining whether the class observations are known to the teacher or not, this is based on. At the follow-up stage, the results of the supervision are discussed jointly between Islamic religious education teachers and the principal who discuss the teacher's shortcomings in teaching with the hope that in the future they can improve them. Islamic religious education teachers have good performance in the learning process, this can be seen from the process of preparing learning plans that are arranged according to the criteria set out in the teacher performance standards, at the stage of implementing learning the teacher is able to master the class, master the material well, then the teacher is able to vary teaching methods and using learning media as well as providing opportunities for students to interact with questions and answers. In addition, the teacher is able to evaluate the test by asking several questions during the last session of Islamic education learning.
