KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MEMBINA AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP IT KHAZANAH KEBAJIKAN PALEMBANG KECAMATAN SAKO PALEMBANG

Abstract

Based on preliminary survey result, researcher assumed that deviation of Islamic virtues which was conducted by some students at Muhammadiyah Junior High School LubukBanjar is caused by the scarcity of support on programmes that Islamic education teachers employed together with other teachers in relation with Islamic merits education for the students. Based on the study background of problem limitation in this research, writer formulated the research questions, namely How is the personal competence of Islamic education teachers in guiding students at MuhammadiyahLubukBanjar? This study is evaluation research with qualitative research method. The data collection methods applied were observation, interview and documentation. Based on the analysis, the personal competencies of Islamic education teachers at Muhammadiyah Junior High School LubukBanjar are, on the faith aspect, it shows takwa reflection, good attitudes are highlighted with religious norms, great wisdom which is indicated with open-minded, charismatic performance influences positively on the students as well as respectful attitudes, proud on being a teacher is marked with consistent actions align with norms as well as working independently and professionally.
