Abstract

One aspect of education that is very important in order ‎to improve the Quality of ‎Graduates of a Madrasa is the Head ‎of the Madrasa. Quality leadership produces quality ‎‎education and graduates. Professional leadership is quality ‎leadership. This study aims to examine ‎the role of the ‎Madrasah Head in Improving the Quality of Graduates of MA ‎Nurul Islam, Jati ‎Agung District in 2020. This research is ‎limited to the Quality of Graduates which includes the ‎basis of ‎the Rohiat theory. This study uses a qualitative descriptive ‎methodology. Data was ‎collected by observation, interviews, ‎and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data ‎‎reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing ‎conclusions. The findings of this study ‎reveal the many tactics ‎used by madrasah principals to achieve a goal. Of course, the ‎approach ‎used refers to the publication of theories about ‎graduate excellence, which includes inputs, ‎procedures, and ‎results. The nature or type of leadership of the madrasah ‎principal can be seen in ‎the application of this technique, ‎which according to certain data sources leads to democratic ‎‎leadership. The thought intervention of relevant parties in ‎producing Madrasah policies shows ‎this.‎
