Therefore, in order to encourage the growth and development of students. Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung formed a number of activities however, these activities were less attractive to students, students felt they were not involved in the implementation of the intra-school students organization activities.This study formulates the problem, namely how is the management of student development through intra-school student organization activities at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung? And what are the supporting and inhibiting factors?. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Management of Student Development Through intra-school student organization activities at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. After the data is collected and analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of student development management through intra-school student organization activities at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung, is preparing activities to be carried out, conducting deliberation before activities are carried out, forming structures or forming main tasks and functions. in each activity, carry out each activity that has been prepared, and evaluate each activity. Supporting factors for Student Development Management through intra-school student organization activities at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung, South Lampung, namely: 1) Students are given the freedom to choose intra-school student organization activities. 2) The coach of the intra-school student organization provides IT facilities (Information & Technology) for every activity of the intra-school student organization.Inhibiting Factors in Student Development Management through intra-school student organization activities at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung, namely: 1) Lack of adequate facilities & infrastructure in intra-school student organization activities 2) Lack of student interest in participating in intra-school student organization activities school.
