Abstract

In order to improve the quality of madrasas, it is necessary to improve and improve education which is closely related to improving the quality of the operational teaching and learning process that takes place in the classroom. The class is a social environment that influences the behavior and learning outcomes of students, because classes designed to maximize learning activities will motivate students to obtain maximum learning outcomes. Therefore, classroom management plays a very decisive role in the teaching and learning process. In the implementation of classroom management, the teacher plays a role in optimizing learning through a series of activities, namely designing and creating a physical classroom environment, establishing and enforcing rules, inviting students to work together and solving problems effectively, and using good communication strategies. Classroom management relates to teacher skills in creating and maintaining learning conditions as a preventive measure, and teacher skills in restoring optimal learning conditions as creative actions.
