MANAJEMEN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PENDIDIKAN DI MAN 1 OGAN KOMERING ULU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEGIATAN BELAJAR

Abstract

This study aims to explore the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Ogan Komering Ulu in improving the quality of teaching and learning activities. Well-managed facilities and infrastructure are one of the key factors in achieving optimal educational goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the school principal, educators, and students. The findings show that although the facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 OKU are adequate, there are still challenges related to management and maintenance that need to be addressed, particularly in terms of budgeting and training to improve the efficiency of facility usage. Effective management will contribute to increased student learning activities and motivation. This study recommends that the school focus more on improving the maintenance of facilities and enhancing educators' skills in utilizing the available resources.
