KONSEP KEPEMIMPINAN NABI DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

Abstract

Leadership is understood as all the power and joint effort to move all resources and tools (resourses) available in an organization. Whereas education leadership as expressed by Fachrudi that educational leadership is an          ability          in the process of influencing, coordinating other people who have something to do with the science of education and the implementation of education and teaching, so that the activities carried out can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational and teaching goals.The leadership characteristics of the Prophet include: Deity, Universal, Humanist, Raealistic, Harmonious, Just, Easy and Dynamic.The Role of the Prophet Muhammad. begins by forming new people who have their own intellectual, behavioral, moral, legal, legislative and linguistic abilities. So that if the individuals in it grow and interact with other worlds, which are aqidah and behavior completely different, with other subjects, among their leadership models, among others, education that begins in the family, educates by reading and writing the Qur'an and establish educational institutions.
