Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of school principal leadership on teacher work motivation at MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung Lampung Selatan in the academic year 2024/2025. Effective leadership in educational environments plays a significant role in increasing teacher work motivation, which in turn can impact performance and quality of learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 50 teachers at the school. The analysis results show that there is a significant positive relationship between the principal's leadership style and teachers' work motivation. These findings are expected to provide insights for education management in efforts to enhance leadership effectiveness and work motivation in schools.
