Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Dengan Metode Bermain Peran Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Arab Untuk Mempermudah Menghafal Mufrodat Kelas VIII Di MTs Al Ishlah Sukadamai

Abstrak

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of applying learning strategies through the role-playing method in Arabic language lessons to facilitate vocabulary (mufrodat) memorization among eighth-grade students at MTs Al Ishlah Sukadamai. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the role-playing method significantly enhances student engagement and motivation while enabling them to use vocabulary in real-life contexts, making memorization easier and more meaningful. The researcher observed an increase in students’ classroom participation and an improvement in their ability to recall vocabulary compared to traditional methods. The study concludes that applying the role-playing method is an effective strategy in Arabic language teaching, particularly in improving students’ mufrodat memorization at the junior secondary level.
