Penerapan Strategi Active Learning Dalam Meningkatkan Efektifitas Pembelajaran PAI Di SD IT Permata Hati Palembang

Abstrak

This study aims to describe the implementation of active learning strategies in improving the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SD IT Permata Hati Palembang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that active learning strategies are implemented through various methods such as group discussions, demonstrations, problem-based learning, educational games, and learning reflections. Teachers successfully create interactive and participatory learning environments, enabling students to be more active in asking questions, participating in discussions, and showing greater interest in understanding PAI concepts. Learning effectiveness increases as reflected in improved learning behavior, deeper comprehension of Islamic concepts, and higher student engagement throughout the learning process. The study concludes that active learning strategies significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of PAI learning and support the development of students’ religious competencies.
