PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIFASI MENGAJAR GURU PAI DI SDN 27 KRUI BANGKUNAT 2024/2025

This study aims to determine the role of the principal in improving the teaching motivation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SDN 27 Krui Bengkunat. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. The data obtained in this study are two data sources, namely: secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques use three techniques, namely: Observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1). The increase in the value of learning planning to 85.71. 2). The increase in the value of learning implementation activities to 74.78. This value is the average value of the seven aspects assessed by the principal in the academic supervision activity assessment sheet. By looking at these results, the academic supervision activities carried out by the principal on PAI teachers were successful and could improve the quality of the teacher's teaching.
