Abstrak

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the snowball throwing cooperative learning model on improving student learning motivation in science subjects in class VB MIN 6 Way Halim Lampung in the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) with a total of 30 students as the subjects. Data were collected through learning motivation questionnaires and observations during the learning process. The results show that the application of this model significantly improved students' learning motivation, as evidenced by a significant increase in motivation questionnaire scores in cycle II compared to cycle I. Data analysis results indicate an increase in student learning motivation by 30%, from 60% to 90%, indicating a high level of learning motivation. This study is expected to serve as a reference for teachers to implement more innovative and interactive teaching methods in the learning process.
