Abstrak

The role of a teacher is a person who teaches learning to students, provides insight into learning that is easy for students to understand, prepares preparations in the teaching and learning process, disciplines students while in class, and forms and builds students who are competent, have expertise, and also good intellectual intelligence, fosters independence in students, so that students have intellectual intelligence and are also emotionally intelligent.

The result of this research is the Role of PAI Teachers in Improving Student Learning Achievement of Madrasah Aliyah Assa'adah Seputih Jaya, Central Lampung, the role carried out by teachers on student achievement by guiding, accompanying, providing facilities, providing guidance such as, applying an attitude of habituation to students to carry out prayers in congregation, accustoming students to reading prayers before learning begins, providing direction and guidance to students in extracurricular activities, providing motivation to continue to develop self-potential in students.
