The learning achievement achieved by students is influenced by various factors, including student intelligence, learning motivation, teacher professionalism, student health, facilities and infrastructure, parents' economy, environment, quality of learning, teacher competence, etc. A good teacher is a teacher who has adequate competence as a teacher. And this thesis uses quantitative research methods. Based on theoretical studies and the results of the analysis of thesis research data entitled "The relationship between teacher competence and student achievement in the subject. MA RAUDLATUL HUDA AL ISLAMY in the 2024/2025 academic year, it can be concluded as follows: 1. There is a significant relationship between teacher competence and student achievement in the subject. MA RAUDATUL HUDA AL ISLAMY in the 2024/2025 academic year with a calculation of 0.925> rtable 0.349. 2. Based on the interpretation table of the relationship between teacher competence and student achievement in the subject. MA RAUDATUL HUDA AL ISLAMY in the 2024/2025 academic year, it is calculated that 0.925 is included in the high level of relationship
