Abstract

Discipline issues are an important thing for a teacher. Without great discipline within each teacher, the gray world will always cover the world of education and teaching. Teacher work discipline is an educator's obedience and obedience in carrying out all the rules or regulations that have been implemented in the school with full awareness from within himself. Because teachers are one of the keys to success in the learning process in the classroom. Learning achievement is that students have carried out learning actions which generally include new knowledge, skills and attitudes that are expected to be created by students. This research is a quantitative type of research using questionnaires and documentation as data collection tools. The results of this research are. 1. The discipline of MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin teachers is very high, this is proven by the results of the questionnaire which answered 52.78% poor, 27.78% sufficient, and 19.44% good. 2. The learning achievement of MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin students is good, this is proven by the report card data where 9 people got good marks, 12 people were good and 15 people were poor. 3. There is a significant influence between teacher discipline on student learning achievement. This can be seen from the 5% significance level obtained by "r" = 0.339, while at the 1% significance level obtained rtab = 0.436 or 0.339<0.96>0.436, meaning the Ha hypothesis is accepted while the Ho hypothesis is rejected (nil). And this relationship is classified as very high.
