PENGARUH GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING DALAM PEMBINAAN AKHLAK SISWA MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH AL FURQON DESA RAWI KECAMATAN PENENGAHAN KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN
Abstract
The implementation of guidance and counseling so far at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Furqon Rawi, Rawi Village, Penengahan District, South Lampung Regency, is still experiencing obstacles, namely the impression that students have of guidance and guidance services such as subject teachers providing learning, so that they have not been utilized optimally, there are still feelings of shame and fear that they will conveying the problems faced so that these problems accumulate in students, supervising teachers have not provided optimal counseling services to students because the approach used is more preventive in nature, namely dominantly through information services in the classroom.
The formulation of the problem in this research is the role of teachers in moral development in the implementation of guidance and counseling at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Furqon Rawi. The aim of this research is to develop morals. The results of the research showed that the positive moral development of students regarding the implementation of guidance and counseling at school was 77.1%, and students' perceptions of the implementation of guidance and counseling at school showed a negative category of 22.9%. Suggestions that can be made to supervising teachers at schools are to provide information services in a way that is different from other subjects, so that students feel interested and interested in following so that it can create a positive perception. For further research, it would be better to add other variables that also have a relationship with student perceptions, besides that the research object can be expanded further.
