IMPLEMENTASI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MINAT DAN BAKAT PESERTA DIDIK DI MTS HIDAYATUL MUBTADI’IN JATI AGUNG LAMPUNG SELATAN

Abstrak

Abstract This religious extracurricular activity is one realization of the teaching and learning process which requires students to be active in teaching and learning activities, both during school hours and outside school hours, so that it is hoped that they can develop their interests and talents. To facilitate this research, the formulation of the problem in this research is "How is the implementation of extracurricular activities in developing students' interests and talents at?, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for extracurricular activities in developing students' interests and talents at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Jati Agung ? and What are the values ​​of Islamic education in the implementation of religious extracurricular activities?

In this research using qualitative research methods, researchers conducted structured interviews and unstructured interviews with resource persons (extracurricular activity trainers) supported by documentation data and direct observation.

The results of the implementation of religious extracurricular activities in developing the interests and talents of students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Jati Agung can be seen from the achievements obtained, namely 1. Participating in inter-district competitions. 2. Appeared at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Jati Agung commemorating santri day 22 October 2018 3. Appeared in several large recitations in Sidoharjo village 4. Appeared in PHBI commemoration activities (Islamic holidays) 5. Appeared at several wedding events in the local community.
