Penggunaan Metode Jigsaw Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Fiqih Kelas V Di MIS Junjungan Sayyid Hamim Semendawai Barat

Abstrak

Abstract This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Jigsaw method in improving Fiqh learning outcomes for class V students at MIS Junjungan Sayyid Hamim West Semendawai. The Jigsaw method is a cooperative learning approach that divides students into small groups to solve certain tasks or material, then brings them back together to share knowledge. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of two groups, namely the experimental group who received learning using the Jigsaw method and the control group who received conventional learning. The instrument used was a test of Fiqh learning outcomes before and after treatment. Data were analyzed using independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test to see differences in learning outcomes before and after treatment in each group.

The research results showed that there was a significant difference between Fiqh learning outcomes before and after treatment in the group that received learning using the Jigsaw method (p < 0.05). Meanwhile, in the control group, there was no significant difference between learning outcomes before and after treatment (p > 0.05). This shows that the use of the Jigsaw method is effective in improving Fiqh learning outcomes for class V students at MIS Junjungan Sayyid Hamim West Semendawai. The implication of this research is that cooperative learning approaches such as the Jigsaw method can be an effective alternative in improving learning outcomes, especially in Fiqh subjects at the basic education level. Further research is recommended to explore the application of the Jigsaw method in other learning contexts and at different educational levels.
