HUBUNGAN ANTARA PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM KELUARGA DENGAN KENAKALAN SISWA KELAS VIII MTs NURUL HUDA KECAMATAN BATANG HARI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR
Abstract
This thesis discusses the relationship between Islamic religious education in the family and the religious behavior of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda in the academic year 2023/2024. This research aims to answer the following questions:How is Islamic religious education in the family of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda?
How is the religious behavior of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda Is there a relationship between Islamic religious education in the family and the religious behavior of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda?
This research is a quantitative correlational study conducted at MTs Nur Anom Gringsing Batang. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Questionnaires were used to obtain data on Islamic religious education in the family and the religious behavior of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda, while documentation was used to obtain data on the school, names, and number of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda. The data obtained was then analyzed using product moment analysis.
The results of the study showed that:Islamic religious education in the family of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda in the academic year 2023/2024 is in the interval of 76-85 with an average score of 81.95, which is included in the "good" category.The religious behavior of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda in the academic year 2023/2024 is in the interval of 77-83 with an average score of 83.91, which is included in the "sufficient" category.
There is a positive relationship between Islamic religious education in the family and the religious behavior of class VIII students of MTs Nurul Huda in the academic year 2023/2024. This is evidenced by the calculated r = 0.561. This result was then consulted with the rtable both at the 5% and 1% significance levels with N = 62, if rhitung > rtable then it is significant. From the hypothesis testing, it was obtained that rhitung = 0.561 > rtable (0.05) = 0.254 and rhitung = 0.561 > rtable (0.01) = 0.330 so that the hypothesis of this research is accepted.
It is expected that the results of this research will be useful as information and input for students, parents, educators, researchers, and all parties who need it.
