Abstrak

This research was motivated by the fact that the price setting at a friend's optical business did not fully implement Sharia economic principles. The aim of this research is to find out the mechanism for determining selling prices and services at Friends Optical and the basic Islamic Economic thinking regarding the determination of selling prices and services at Friends Optical, Gunung Ibul Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. This research was conducted at Optik Sahabat, Gunung Ibul Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province.The subjects of this research are the Friends of Optical Business actors, while the object of this research is the mechanism for determining selling prices and services at Friends Optical. (Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the pricing mechanism is based on fairness, pricing at Friends Optical is not in accordance with Islamic economic principles because the prices set are not in accordance with those set promoted.
