Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) how the
performance of educational personnel in Madrasah Aliyah
Hidayatul Mubtadiin; (2) How is the principal's
management in improving the performance of education
personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin
This research is a qualitative research with the background
of Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. The method of
data collection is carried out by interview, observation and
documentation. The subjects of the study were the
principal and the staff of TU. The object of research was
conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin.
Qualitative data is analyzed through data identification,
data classification, data analysis, and data inference.
The results of this study show that the performance of
educational personnel in this ibtidaiyah madrasah is the
first is starting from the guidance of the discipline of
educational personnel by the principal has been
implemented or has been carried out as the principal often
supervises and reminds teachers and other staff to come on
time. The second is the speed and accuracy of work, the
principal has supervised the employees who work. The
third is the service of educational personnel according to
the author there the service is less than optimal and less
professional. The management of the head of the madrasah
in improving the performance of educational personnel the
first is starting from controlling and supervising the
performance of educational personnel, the second is the
provision of motivation for the principal to provide
motivation to all teachers and staff so that they can remain
enthusiastic at work, the keriga is the awarding here the
principal will give awards if the employees have excellent
