Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of students who
do not understand problem solving in mathematics learning, because
learning is still centered on teachers and students are less involved in
learning.Such conditions affect the learning outcomes of students who
are relatively low. The formulation of the problem stated is whether
there is a significant influence of the problem-based learning (PBL)
learning model on the results of learning mathematics grade IV MIN
11 Bandar Lampung.
This research is a quantitative research, the design of which is used
Quasi Experiment. The population in this study was the entire class IV
MIN 11 Bandar Lampung. This study used 2 classes, class IV A as an
experimental class and class IV B as a control class. Data collection
tools use tests and documentation.
Based on the results of research and data processing obtained thi
<t(0.025 ; 62) or thi > t(0.025 ;62) obtained thit =3,192 , t(0.025 ;62)
= 1.960 i.e. 3,192 > 1,960 so rejected, can conclude there is an
influence of the model problem-based learning (PBL) learning on
mathematics learning outcomes students of class IV MIN 11 Bandar
Lampung
