Abstract

Education is a process in order to influence
students to be able to adjust as well as possible to their
environment, and thus will cause changes in themselves
that allow them to function in people's lives. Teaching is in
charge of directing this process so that the goals and
changes can be achieved as desired. The learning approach
is our starting point or point of view towards the learning
process . The term affirmation refers to the view of the
occurrence of a process that is still very general in nature.
Contextual Teaching And Learning is a learning that can
help teachers relate the material taught to the real-world
situation of students and encourage students to make
connections between the knowledge they have and its
application in their lives as family and community
members. Based on the results of research and discussion
in the implementation of social studies subject learning
through Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) class
III A MIN 6 Bandar Lampung which was carried out as
many as two cycles during the action research activity, it
showed changes in improving learning outcomes. In the
first cycle, there were students who achieved a minimum
completion of 16 students with a percentage of 56.66%.
Meanwhile, students whose results have not been
completed reached 14 students or 43.34%. In cycle II, it
is seen from the individual test of students who reach KKM
as many as 24 students with a percentage of 80%.
Meanwhile, there are 6 students who have not completed
reaching KKM with a percentage of 20%
