Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning
outcomes of SKI because students are less motivated to
learn and find it difficult to remember the material which
is likely due to the strategies used by teachers have not
been able to maximize learning in class IV MI BAITUL
ULUM. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is
there an influence between mind mapping learning
strategies on the learning outcomes of students of SKI class
IV subjects at MI BAITUL ULUM?". The purpose of this
study is to determine the influence of mind mapping
learning strategies on the learning outcomes of students of
SKI class IV subjects at MI BAITUL ULUM. Types of
quantitative research research research methods quasy
experimental design experimental design. The sample of
this study was 2 classes consisting of 65 students, namely
class IV.B as the experimental class and class IV.C as the
control class. The sampling technique is carried out with a
random system. Data collection techniques use learning
outcomes tests and documentation. The instruments used
are multiple choice writing tests and documentation lists.
Before the question instrument is given, the question has
been tested to find out the validity, reliability,
distinguishing power and difficulty level of the test as a
question instrument. Test the prerequisites of analysis
using normality and homogeneity tests. Based on research
that has been carried out, it shows that the average score of
student learning outcomes using mind mapping strategies
is higher than the average score using expository strategies,
this can be seen from the average score of the experimental
class of 78.97 and the control class of 69.84.
TARBIYAH JURNAL ; JURNAL KEGURUAN DAN ILMU PENDIDIKAN
Based on the results of data analysis with the calculation
of the SPSS program version 17.0 for windows the value
of t count = 3.367 > t table = 2.00. Thus the calculated
value of the ttabel > at a significant level of 5%, then the
hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.
